There are over 40,000 different beers in the United States so the likelihood of anyone trying them all will be very low. There is a site, a few sites actually, that have done a good job cataloging many of the beers and compiling user ratings. The problem with that is you never get to know anything about that person. This is where machine learning comes into play. If you can determine if the rating person is similar to you, then you can accept their rating. If they are a gose loving idiot, then their ratings wont me squat. I appreciate most styles except farmhouse, gose, and sours. If something smells bad, it better be really good for me to entice me to try it. I will be going back in my history to add more beers, but I am going to try and stick to a video format as much as I can.
